Tip #1: Start the day with a cup of hot water. When we wake up from a night of sleep, our digestion is sluggish and wont respond well to food. Tip #2: Use ghee. Ghee is known in the West as clarified butter. It is made by boiling off the moisture in the butter, and doing this converts its long-chain fatty acids to short-chain fatty acids.
